Pros
Great people to work with. Resources (people and tools) to help do your work were good. Compensation was good. There were opportunities to move up quickly if you were willing to change jobs frequently.
Cons
I felt that capital expenditures were too small and that bonuses, recognition, and rewards for jobs that are very well done were too small and infrequent..
