Pros
Good pay, good technology, good upside potential with Qualcomm incoming.
Cons
Recent cash grab with mass layoff of higher earning employees and in territories that matter less to Qualcomm. Very rough lifestyle / workload, with large amounts of reporting for employees. Poor organizational structure makes it difficult to know who is accountable for what, making it hard to get things done for customers.
