Great Results, zero recognition, denigration - Systems Engineer NXP Semiconductors Employee Review

As intern I was involved in the company project as an employee. I worked also during the weekend 'cause boss asked me. I got great results and the company applied for a patent by using my work. I didn't get a supervisor, just a bossy boss. Every failure is your, every success is your boss. Company is not interested in your opinion, they don't ask for it, they don't want it. Even if the contract says that company will recognise your work as inventor in a patent, they will not and they wil not pay you the right allowance. No career options, just undeserved denigration in order to avoid your claims.
