Pros
Decent benefits, generally very flexible work arrangements outside of the factory environment.
Cons
Fragmented by poor management decisions from time to time. Politics from mergers has also broken up formerly strong teams. Top management is driven by messy quick-fix, very short term profits rather than true R&D focus to continue to grow in the industry, also prone to leaving risky gaps in certain areas. Culture is deteriorating.
