Pros
- Nice place if you are student or seek a part-time jobs but carefully choose your department / boss (see below) - Xmas party - good overall company (except Romania)
Cons
- Avoid this company there are far better companies that value a professional. But suppose you like what you "see" I still recommend to avoid DN/Digital Networking because of the incompetent bosses (I can't call them managers) - Not so many seniors and even the worst: most of them are very arrogant, egocentric and don't share the information. - The same old story with the management that drags the company name under the truck - Low salaries , don't get fulled with total compensations package - it's trap - Expect to get stuck a few years around the negotiated salary. A lot of new hires don't even get salary increases after the first year - Toxic atmosphere where each manager tries to settle scores with each other and even with you if you are an unfaithful "resource"
