They haven't bothered to integrate from NXP/Freescale merger and are waiting for Qualcomm to save them, so very challenging place to work. Many good employees have left. Upper management stifles creative thinking. Employees who are left are afraid of being RIF'ed so they do as they are told. Morale is very low.
