Pros
2. You will have a great work life balance if you are from Pune. And this rule is not applicable for certain managers as they would call/text you at 2am to ask for status even if you are from Pune. In that way they maintain equality. 3.You will get great salary package if you are from Pune. 4.You will get to participate in an anual comedy festival termed appraisal. And you offcourse will get a good number in that if you are from Pune. The increment which you get is directly proportional to what the senior manager thinks of you rather than your immediate manager who has seen your work. 5. They have an innovative buddy system where your appraisal is dependent on the friends you have in the company. If one of them leaves the company for what ever reason they have your appraisal numbers are going down. (Been there and faced it) 6. You will get to learn a lot with the current management on office politics and hands on experience in how to play blame games. It was a great place earlier to learn and explore on new and cutting edge technology. I had missed the first point and the most important point. 1.you will get the job if you are from Pune or the hiring manager thinks you will stay in Pune and it technical skills are secondary.
Cons
There are no cons apart from the pros. The only con which I see is most of the old folks with experience left.
