The people I work with are dedicated and caring. The Freescale merger will give NXP a better presence in the USA A dead weight VP has been let go in San Jose The technology NXP supports has a strong market and they support top names in the industry

Europe manages the US with an iron fist and micromanages everything Zero communication from Executive staff, most news is spread by the grapevine / rumors Little to no movement in the company Cheap when it comes to infrastructure or tech tools to do our jobs Hiring freezes are constant - just not widely announced Had to fight for every penny when I joined Work from home is not supported even though Managers often WFH themselves
