      Pros

      good HR policies. Lots of Technology oriented work...some key good people who are from eindhoven.

      Cons

      Highly mismanaged India operations. Backend guys with little knowledge of Front end moved to Front ends and made leads/architects on behalf of good working relation with Managers. Good people are not allowed to work. Lots of politics, capable guys in front end are not given good opportunity

      Great freedom for interns to take ownership of the process Great benifits for interns including 401k match, medical, gym membership, etc.

      Cons

      Not much room for career ladder growth at US locations
