Pros
1. Good CTC. 2. Benefits are good like- leave policy, Medical coverage, Yearly medical checkup etc.
Cons
1. Too much politics. 2. All technically good & progressive people have left the organization. 3. Current managers are buffoons & bootlickers. They are completely spineless creatures just saving their jobs. 4. Managers can put anybody in the firing line to save them. 5. No mutual respect & trust. People playing pass the ball & blame games rather than focusing on actual work. 6. No future outlook for pune unit- No profit, No recognition, Not upto the mark products, No/Very little hiring. Its a sinking ship. 7. Some people are just loud talkers & chest thumpers. 8. HR is useless. 9. All ground level employee who work hard day & night should look for better option & career prospect. 10. People who will stay in pune or bounded by some liabilities like loan/family are considered more important than technically sound people.
