Pros
Decent base pay, bonuses and various incentives. Good benefits, Challenging work. Not the greatest place for a software developer, but very good if you have an EE degree.
Cons
The company needs better direction and focus. Purchased by NXP recently, so things may get rocky for a while. If you live north, the drive is a real pain. More and more jobs going overseas.
