Shady Interview Process, so so company - Tech Lead Nagarro Employee Review

Dear colleague, I am surprised to see this feedback about Nagarro. I don't understand what you mean by "shady interviews". I don't even know how to respond to this since it is beyond imagination for me to think that we have any unethical practices at Nagarro. Your impression is likely a misunderstanding of some sort. Even though you may have made up your mind to leave Nagarro, I request you to reach out to me and share your experience in this regard. Even if I can't help change your mind, I can at least learn if there is really something amiss in how we conduct interviews and then correct it. Regards.
