Pros
From salary to amenities, Everything is Top class, except few cons which i find annoying will put it in cons section for management
Cons
1. Currently as I see, we have lots and lots of management in the company, which I feel is like blocking the air, ideally in a tech company management should be very lean. 2. Although the company has good WFH policy, its left to managers to decide and you are in a mess if you find yourself with unhelping manager and as I told, my experience with management is not good, both company wise and project wise
