Pros
1. Very good Training for fresher's. 2. Lot of new things to learn. 3. Some team has excellent Managers and Team Leads. 4. Excellent hands-on experience for fresher if allocated correctly.
Cons
1. Appraisals are now very low. 2. The rating policy is also changed so no motivation to work for as you will hardly be recognized. 3. Some Managers know nothing about management. 4. CEO has a very good vision but somehow it is not reflected by some other senior people which don't motivate junior's to work enthusiastically.
