1. They offers a good package. 2. Have xbox facility, which is a good timepass if you don't have any work.
Cons
1. As I said, they do not have any good projec to offer. They take whatever comes to them. 2. Do not have good talent in their work force. The number of IITians declining everyday. They are hiring from the colleges which I never heard of. 3. CTC is structured in a way that you will get 20-30k less depending on your ctc. 4. They do not give anything for free, do not expect beyond your salary in any form either its food, cab or festivial gifts 5. For them oldies are goldie, all the policies are in favour of old employees, they treat themselves as Heros of Nagarro, you can not go against them. 6. My advice to you is before coming to Nagarro knock all the doors you have, keep this as the last option.
