Pros
I have been with Nagarro for more than 7 years now and similar experience I have before joining Nagarro. But If I compare these 2 halves of my IT career, I can say only one thing, Nagarro has given me N times better career than what I gained from my first half. I am really thankful to Nagarro. The best experiences about Nagarro are 1) Focused on client and employee’s satisfaction. Projects are good 2) Training programs are good. Nagarro is very much focused on training. CTT (Commando technology training) program for different roles. Quarterly courses run under Nagarro University. 3) Opportunities are too much, so we have different options to build our career in different directions. 4) We get the credit and recognition for our work. So if you work hard and smart, the sky is limit.
Cons
I can’t think of any cons for now. The only point I would like to share: When mind is weak, the situation is a problem. When mind is balanced, it is challenge. And in the same situation, when the mind is Strong, situation becomes an opportunity. Nagarro tag line is “the brightest mind” and any given situation is like an opportunity for us.
