1. Good Work-Life Balance 2. Good for Fresher in terms of learning 3. Company work culture give you family like feelings 4. Junior level resource is very enthusiastic. 5. CSR activity is awsome 6. you will get opportunity to work with some innovative minds 7. Employee transportation facility is good 8. company CEO and Cofounders are very open. if you are fresher you will got opotinuniy to do party with him. they care to new thougths and inovative minds
Cons
1. Company need to rework on HR policies 2. WFH policy is strict. or some manager made it strict 3. for fresher they are treating spoon-feeding. they will not give you even smaller responsibilty 4. Apprasical process is very slow. HR will Intentionally hang your apprasical meeting. In my case they took around 4 month 5. Need lot's of improvment in resource project allocation 6. HR's are very rude and they thinking they are boss of company.
