Worst Company- Full of con people - negative rating - Staff Engineer Nagarro Employee Review

Project allocation process is not at all employee friendly. So basically you'll receive a mail from TAP team with project proposal with Spoc name and that Spoc will be some manager who don't know anything about technology that is being used in that project. The client will also lie about using latest technology and then give you any crap work . And as per Nagarro policy you can't request for project change before 1.5 year !!! So basically you're trapped !!
