Pros
The people in most of the stores are great and super helpful, new upper management has really been turning the entire company around. Some good commission based on what you sell. IF you actually receive it.
Cons
Had a new manager say he was going to give me a raise, which I never received after 3 years of working there. Had that same manager scream in my face in the Peabody location, absolutely humiliating me in front of the new employee. I walked out after that, and I was absolutely ignored for 4 days after that incident. They screw over their best employees time and time again, never giving them raises even after being there for 10 years. Mice in many of the stores. They refuse to get them professionally cleaned/ exterminated.
