Super strict and at times very unrealistic expectations in order to get stores done in a timely manner. Toxic work environment with management micromanaging every move you make with camera's on all 4 corners on the truck that they watch you deliver and it also serves the purpose for accidents. The pallets are all mixed with several stops on them, up to 3-4 stores on the pallets for freezer, cooler and dry items. warehouse doesn't usually wrap the product on the pallets well, so it usually ends up either smooshing product and then making the pallet lean to one side or causing the entire pallet to fall over while driving the truck. the probability of having an accident is very high because of the backing into the restaurants parking lot during there busy times and their accident policy sucks. I was charged for an accident by backing and a few flimsy tree branches brushed against the mirror and it had a few spider cracks on the mirror and I was charged as an accident like as if i hit some persons parked car or worse. their policies aren't employee friendly and even when things are "good" just remember you are held at a high expectation due to your hourly rate and you are expected to run product inside of the stores in the same amount of time regardless if its -20 outside or 120 degrees outside, regardless if its storming, snowing, tornado. there are no excuses. The job 10 years ago was great up until around 2022 and then things started going downhill from there and it is projected to get worse.
