Best part of the job is being out on the road, no one looking over your shoulder all day and working in a fun environment with the Driver. Salary as a Drivers Helper is pretty good.m
Cons
Management is to worried about cutting corners and saving money. I've been a "Part Time Helper" for a year and half, regardless of me working 50+ hours a week for the entire length of employment. If you say something to management about becoming full time, or complain. They will cut your hours for a few months to teach you a lesson. Management doesn't listen to the Drivers, routes are getting cut to outrages time frames, drivers miles are being cut, and we are essentially being robbed from by all the route cuts. You rarely see a day longer then 12 hours anymore. In this company.
