Pros

Pay is good. Free coffee

Cons

They hire anybody off the street with no education or experience to dispatch or be management. Management has absolutely no communication with one another. If you have an issue no one will answer the phone. If someone from management does answer the phone or return your phone call they have no clue how to resolve a simple issue. If you need something done you have to play phone tag within management. Our loads are loaded wrong or backward and given very little time to deliver. The windows they set for you are unrealistic. The equipment is all less than satisfactory. Oh yeah I forgot to mention office personnel come to work still drunk from the night before and will answer the phone if it is someone that they like.

Cons

Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

Everything except the pay was not very good.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
