Pros

*ABSOLUTLEY NONE, *There are multpile better companies out there who hire remote work and pay more., *They have a good training team so the trainers are great but do not let that decieve you, *If you want to work in a childish enviroment and not feel like you deserve to be treated like an adult ,this place is for you. They dont just let you work unadulterated , they force you to talk in the team chat.

Cons

You're just another number and so are their clients, They hire every month and have high turn over. They hired in Decemeber and they had no leads available for the reps, We were literally told in a mass email not to dial out more than 1 time per minute because there were no leads available and it messed with the algorithm, I later found out from someone that their top marketing rep quit (THEY KEPT THIS QUITE FROM EVERYONE) in October without notice , just left. Shortly after there was suddenly a lead shortage..pretty crazy since they're the largest Debt Settlment company out there. They spend crazy money on their Christmas and "Mile Stone " parties and make all the reps sign an "no social media post agreement " at these parties, They hire 50 cent , chain smokers and a few others, No one is impressed with these parties, They could've paid their employees a Christmas bonus instead of spending all that money on parties, but they won't because they don't value their employees like they claim to , they only value their image ,,and instead they take your money for clawbacks even during the holidays. Managment isn't the brightest either. They're all the same I think most of them never had a real career before. Many of the top performers quit and went to work for other DS companies because management is so horrible, there were no leads, their chargebacks are ridiculous, the base pay is too low , the commission tier is horrible, AND they feed all the hot leads to 2 reps and to the rookies,,In fact word has it that NDR threatened to sue other debt settlement companies for hiring their reps. Anyone knows that when top performing reps leave it's beacuase they're not happy and that there's clearly an issue with the company and with managment. NDR makes their reps - make thier clients split the monthly payments so that they can chargeback the rep if a client skips a payment meanwhile NDR still gets paid from that client. They MICROMANAGE you , They tell you when to take breaks when you can take a lunch and if you derail from your scheduled breaks they make you submit an exception form to justify why you had to break at a different time, Your manager will call your cell. Management is horrible, claim to have your best interest but they really do not. Once you choose your schedule you're stuck with it forever. They have a few top reps that magically hit 2 million in revenue monthly, math says that it doesnt add up because they make you read a 27 page agreement to each client that you enroll and it takes about 45 minutes to complete and that's if the client has no questions. AND when there are no leads available while clicking "get next" to dial out there is always a limit and a message the reads "no leads at this time" yet they want you to have 30 call per hour with their stupid "DPAH" SYSTEM Every email from upper managment is always negative in some way. Bottom line , this place is trash and high stress for little pay. they want you to bust your back , and new employees are happy for a while until thier clients start dropping and then NDR chargebacks and your commission goes into the negative, their base pay is pathetic and not current with the cost of living, I would nopt recommend anyone to work here.

Pros

National Debt Relief Company Review I have had a very positive experience working at National Debt Relief. I started in December 2022 as a Certified Debt Specialist and was recently promoted to Team Supervisor, which reflects the company's commitment to recognizing hard work and promoting from within. The experience has allowed me to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact by helping clients improve their financial situations. Career Opportunities, National Debt Relief offers excellent opportunities for career advancement. My own journey from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor demonstrates that employees who are dedicated, consistently perform well, and embrace leadership opportunities have the potential to grow within the organization. Compensation & Benefits, Compensation is competitive, with additional earning potential in performance-based roles. The benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, retirement savings options, and other valuable employee benefits that contribute to overall job satisfaction. Culture & Values, The company fosters a collaborative, supportive culture centered on helping clients achieve financial freedom. Teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement are emphasized, creating an environment where employees feel encouraged to succeed. Diversity & Inclusion, National Debt Relief values diversity and inclusion by creating a workplace where employees from different backgrounds are respected and given opportunities to grow. The inclusive culture contributes to a positive and welcoming work environment. Senior Management, Leadership is approachable and supportive, providing guidance and recognizing employee achievements. Management encourages development and promotes from within, although, like any growing organization, communication can occasionally be improved during periods of change. Work/Life Balance, The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers flexibility where business needs allow. While there are busy periods and performance expectations are high, the work is rewarding, and managers are generally supportive of employees' well-being. Overall My experience at National Debt Relief has been both rewarding and fulfilling. The opportunity to advance from Certified Debt Specialist to Team Supervisor has reinforced my confidence in the company's commitment to employee development. I would recommend National Debt Relief to individuals looking for a company that values hard work, provides opportunities for career growth, and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of its clients.

Cons

Performance expectations can be demanding, and workloads may increase during peak business periods.

Pros

This has genuinely been one of the best companies I've worked for. The pay is competitive, the commission structure is fair, and the earning potential is excellent for those willing to put in the effort. The work-from-home environment is a huge benefit, and management trusts employees to do their jobs without constant micromanagement. Instead of hovering over every detail, managers provide support when needed and give employees the freedom to succeed. Training is above average compared to most companies I've worked for. They invest time into making sure employees understand the products, systems, and expectations before being thrown into the role. The leadership team is approachable, professional, and treats employees like actual people rather than just numbers on a spreadsheet. One thing that stands out is the transparency. Leadership is very open about company goals, performance metrics, and KPIs. Expectations are realistic, and they focus on strategic growth rather than setting impossible targets that employees have no chance of reaching. The culture is positive, supportive, and team-oriented. I've enjoyed my experience enough that I've recommended friends and family members to apply, which is something I rarely do.

Cons

Like any customer-facing role, some calls can be challenging, especially when customers are frustrated or upset. However, management understands that difficult interactions are part of the job and doesn't expect employees to be perfect. There can be stressful days during busy periods, but overall the expectations remain reasonable and attainable. Any negatives are minor compared to the positives the company offers.
