Management transition failed to bring change - Anonymous employee National Ecological Observatory Network Employee Review

Totally incompetent leadership at every level has created a disastrous situation for the project. Failing all the time is awful for morale. Most of the good people are leaving, so the situation keeps getting worse. There is no accountability for performance, in fact leaders who have failed to deliver seem to keep getting promoted. The management transition was a cause for hope, but has failed to bring any changes. ZERO managers were fired, so it's more of a management addition.
