Lower level employees are mostly good people

Middle managers are absolute jokes. Their mistakes are blamed on the work horse employees below them. Supposedly there are no bonuses but decisions are based on how hard the lower employees can be worked until they break. The scientists are complete fools that seem to never have done any field work and can't understand day to day problems. Do not work here! Everyone else in the ecological field laugh at this company and it is a negative mark on your resume.
