Pros
The mission is honorable, the staff are very bright, the benefits are good and there are many opportunities for working on new projects.
Cons
Management is inept -- they have a Ready, Fire, Aim approach to things and are spending more effort trying to cover their butts than actually trying to help the employees do their jobs. Management appears to have actively assembled a team that discourages dissent, much to the detriment of actually accomplishing the goals of the project in an efficient and timely manner.
