Lack of leadership, poor leadership, really no leadership... A very "silo" organization - zero "TEAM" mentality... Incompetent engineering designs which result in total chaos throughout the organization... Constant shift in deployment schedules and priorities... Policies and procedures are not enforced... Employees have NO accountability and management allows that... Executive staff does not run this like a business, just do whatever NSF says... NSF is a government agency - need I say more?!!!
