Pros
The hours are somewhat flexible, which is great when raising a family. My supervisors and co-workers are great I mostly work by myself, which I like. The company provides a vehicle to use while working.
Cons
I went from commission to hourly and I feel after working for NEN this long I should be making more money. I make almost the same as new hires.
