National Entertainment Network

Is this your company?

I LOVE my job. My bosses, HR & CEO are awesome. The job title does not properly reflect our skills, nor does the pay. - Anonymous employee National Entertainment Network Employee Review

Pros

My bosses are the best, highly accessible & supportive. It's great to take pride in managing your own territory, building ling term, friendly business relationships with account personnel & customers. We are far more than "Route Service Merchandisers." Even more importantly, we are repair technicians, asset/revenue collection & protection agents with a wide range of other responsibilities. We are brand ambassadors who provide positive representation for the company as we balance fair game vending with company profit margins to generate business & promote fun entertaintment for all ages. We stay busy & active. The people who work here are the best. I appreciate the expertise & support from everyone in each department. My immediate manager defines inclusion & diversity when hiring new employees & has beyond impressive communication/interpersonal skills that supervisors in any industry should follow to maintain positive employee morale. I could go on & on..... To CEO, Jim Sevalt, Area Manager, Jim Wyatt, Ashley B.'s HR staff, my managers, Storm Ainsely, Steve Hewitt & Derreck (Degz) Davidson, thank you for your endless leadership & support. You are appreciated.

Cons

1.) The pay being less than what we deserve for the skills we possess, our flexibility, our honest & productive work ethic & to simply match the cost of living. I see grocery store prices increase almost every time i shop, while my wage stays the same for years, only to receive a minimal raise when actually given. I realize covid has created challenges for businesses, however, the focus on increasing profits is grossly prioritized by most companies in this country & creates lucrative incomes for executive positions, but seems to stop there. I am not asking for the whole pie, nor a big slice of it, but when you're hungry, only getting the crumbs is not enough . 2.) The rudeness of drivers who think they own the road instead of sharing it. The amount of irresponsible, unsafe drivers who are on their cell phones while driving at lightening fast speeds. The lack of respect or concern for human life i witness countless times a day during my travels. And, as a result of the above, the avoidable wrecks that occur, causing traffic jams, death & injuries. Again, i love the pros of my job more than i dwell on the cons.

Pros

Flexible scheduling options available to employees

Cons

They bought out a company and fired employees without notice. One day you will walk in and the machines are gone. No email or message regarding your job. Zero professionalism.
