      No consistency among management The 'help line' nor the superiors are on the same page, three people give three different answer to the same question Insufficient training, we have 9 weeks of training and very little of it was relevant to the actual job

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
