      -Paid parking in Downtown -Excellent coworkers -Working in Downtown -Great benefits -Highest insurance company wages around as far as I know

      Cons

      The company is in the middle of transferring its National HQ to another State, so it's a bit of a wild ride, but if you like working in a "start-up" environment, then this is not a con at all.

      - Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
