Pros
Great group of people to work with. Company with a really solid history and a great reputation with thier customers. Lots of room for growth, especially in the Cleveland office that just opened early 2012.
Cons
The Cleveland office is still really new, the culture here is still developing, but it's moving in the right direction. Things move and change quickly, it's a very entrepreneurial environment - if you aren't flexible, you'll have trouble here.
