Over worked under paid, promises that arent met 10 months later...still arent met, the worst for communicating things to employees even though they say they are going to improve but havent, we want to hear knowledgable things about the company not just sending out an email to send out an email so that they can say they are communicating better. Rather get nothing at all verses being bombarded by unimportant things.
