Pros

Insurance is a stable market (for the most part). If you are looking for a job and do not care about who you are working for and would like to earn a passable wage- this is the place for you! Good salary upfront (more with insurance experience). People here are VERY exceptionally friendly. If you have a good personality and are adaptable, you will blend in well here. If you lack morals and want to be shady- this is the PERFECT place for you (which by other companies could be viewed as a CON). Note: Any other posting on here that is positive is from a member of management and/or supervision.

Cons

Too much drama and scandal. Every week that passes it seems as though we lose another member of supervision (either voluntary or involuntary). Leadership claims that they want to hear exactly what are the core issues bothering us, have taken time to set meetings up, and have involved are lackluster HR only to use it as Witch Hunt to get names of people bringing morale down. Don't come and work here if you have a family and children (or a life in general). They will change your schedule NUMEROUS times throughout the year for "business reasons". By business reasons I mean "their own enjoyment"......

Pros

Work from home but it’s a con. Long working hours which leads to burnout. Projects are given to us which they know can’t be completed in our 8 hour day.

Cons

Long working hours no overtime. Heavy workload The system is driven by the reps so we do everything! Other departments aren’t held to a high standard so everything falls on frontline PIP reps. Metric driven environment so you are treated like a number. Management does not want to improve the system and processes because it benefits their reports. 2026 and we are creating tasks for required forms to be issued! No billing department! You do it all Every piece of mail received is assigned to the PIP rep. Medical provider line does not for us so we sit and answer calls all day because they refuse to train them to read basic info on a claim “open” “closed” “ime issued” Poor communication all around Poor training New reps are already drained because there is no proper training in place and managers push the trainees on the senior reps who are already dealing with heavy workloads. 3 stars aren’t a true reflection of this company.
