      We got a Paycheck and paid for my licensing.

      Cons

      The managers, the time schedule, they literally care more about a number than the customer or the employee. They are greedy and they are condescending to the people who actually make them money.

      - Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
