Pros

None It’s a job, work from home

Cons

New mgr to company. Old fashioned, time consuming, clunky claim system- hours of training needed to do most basic thing. Heard it’s owned and paid for, so they keep it. So much based on manual processes. No manager training except a guide & self training with videos geared for reps, not mgr job. Micro-managing - reps have almost no authority and every little thing - mail, check, reserve, payments roll up to manager, up to next mgr, up to director. Every express mail needs special permission! Phones ring all day bc people left and their phone numbers are given out to new people. Reports & metrics are just basic spreadsheets. Audit is check box. Miss a box, fail your audit

Pros

Great work life balance and management is quite supportive.

Cons

Migration to new system had some issues. Like not being able to access what I needed for work took close to 2 months. Still got paid though

Pros

- Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

Cons

Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
