Pros
Every manager is different, I have a great manager, very supportive! So I have had a great experience. My team is great too! I hear that some other positions are high-stress and high-volume, as an FCR, I don't mind being busy, especially since my work is valued by my team and my manager. The volume fluctuates, but I love that every day is different. My windshield is my office, so I get to travel around the state, inspect a car at a beach town, I will stop and find a great restaurant for lunch and look at the ocean. Next day, im downtown in the city and will grab lunch at an upscale restaurant. Day after that I bring my own lunch and just park and just look at the sights. no two days are the same. The company overall is great, management team is very supportive. But with a good manager and a good team, any job would be a good one, i would be happy cleaning bathrooms with a toothbrush with my current team. A bad manager or team could easily make this job miserable.
Cons
Lots of work, but what job doesn't have that? Inspecting cars in the rain, snow, or during storms - but that's the job.
