Pros

Pay was competitive for market.

Cons

Workload was extremely heavy. Time off came at a price. Asking questions also came with a penalty. There is no Open Door. Immediate management was very micromanaging expected you to do your work while they constantly sent you a barrage of emails and then correcting the previous email sent because they forgot something so you'll end up with five or six emails that have nothing to do with what you are trying to get done for that day's work meanwhile it has been inefficient use of your time to have to go through emails that had absolutely nothing to do with the task at hand.

There are no pros as they expect you to work 11 plus hours to stay on top of your work.

Cons

Poor communication Poor training Poor claims system that the reps have to do everything! In 2026 we are setting tasks for state regulated forms to go out. No support Management sets unrealistic metrics so we can’t meet them. Purchased a texting app rather than investing on a proper claims software. We process every bill! We process every denial! Medical provider lines does nothing! Management is out of touch and folks will be leaving!
