      Work from home and all equipment provided. Nice PTO and benefits. Great leadership.

      Cons

      The pay is not worth the amount of work. They continue to add new responsibilities with no pay raise. They boast about the amount of money they’re making annually, but seem to forget the underdogs who deserve more pay in this economy.

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
