      Remote work is readily available, since most Allstate offices closed, vacation time is on par with other carriers

      Cons

      unorganized at times, small raises since Allstate reduced all paybands, No bonuses, benefits available but expensive for a family, few to no career opportunities

      - Benefits - Management - work environment - flexibility - upward mobility

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
