Pros

Good place to learn in depth technical knowledge

Cons

Low pay and compensation compared to other MNC in Penang. Low career advancement opportunity especially for experience hire. High attrition rate but very hard to get a YES for potential hire making work load for those remaining piling. No good strategy to retain employees despite the newly introduced IPB. Local management are very highly influenced by US counterparts, not quite able to make own decision effectively. Not able to manage low performers effectively
