Smart people Homely environment in Bangalore office. With is not bad
Cons
The culture is extremely overwhelming. There is no proper sexual harassment training to new joinees. So you see people cracking inappropriate jokes, trying to hit on other female colleagues etc with no restraint. Company spies on you a lot.. though the culture seems very open and transparent, they track everything you do. It's almost like your every move is tracked and people other than top level management can also get access so employee monitoring software !
