Pros
NI's involved in many interesting engineering challenges, and it's exciting being a small part of that. There are tons of really impressive engineers to work with and learn from.
Cons
Their tools and process to get some things done are either non-existent or from the '90's. I'm told there's long-term work to resolve some of this, but it can be pretty frustrating at times.
