Pros

Good benefits and work life balance. The company gives you the opportunity to visit another locations.

Cons

After working from National Instruments for 4 years I can tell the salary is not as good as it should be. Specially for technical positions. The management located in United States is good. Unfortunately, this does not replicate to other sites. Management does not have people skills at all. Management is hiring juniors to reduce costs. This makes things difficult for people around due to the lack of experience and knowledge. Recent hired people usually leave the company within the first months due to better oportunities outside. Working from home only for special cases. Retention cases are very rare. It's impossible not to notice how the good people leaves the company for another job opportunities with no retention from management.
