Pros

Growing, stable industry that NI is revolutionizing Equality - even Dr T has a cube! Great leadership True long term vision Growth leads to new opportunities Good opportunities to visit with customers and travel Great campus They really care for their employees Vision driven Continued technology investment to sustain a differentiated position against competition.

Cons

Austin - too hot and a cultural wasteland (sorry Austin!). Not much room to change jobs unless you are in the US. Coach travel for everyone, including Dr. T so you can't really argue with that! Getting to be a large company and that means having to pay attention to Wall St (driven by the mighty $)
