Pros

Good, stable employer. They lead the company through the economic downturn without resorting to layoffs. Wide variety of projects and opportunities available. Small or large projects, system integration or custom development - there is something for everyone. And management does what it can to get you working on the things you enjoy.

Cons

Salaries are not comparable to the market. Almost exclusively promote from within. While this sounds great for career advancement, coupled with the desire to hire new college grads leaves the company without industry experience or training. Inbred knowledge is running rampant. Lack of planning and foresight into offshore operations. Logistics are covered but career growth opportunities are lacking and how they cooperate/integrate with Corporate is lacking. Just because there is a lower cost of doing business doesn't mean you should dive in head first.

Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.
