Pros

flexible working hours (in office departments), home office opportunity, lot’s of events

Cons

Low pay, salary increases are 3% annually if you are lucky. Very competitive culture. They won’t promote you unless you are already overworked, then you still have to wait for months to get it approved. Great workplace for those who live for their jobs. They don’t pay overtime, they say you should not work overtime, but those can really advance who does it. Personal goals are not personal at all, they will list the same goals for everyone in the team.
