Pros

Friends. Work life balance as they claim but you can have same flexibility in lot of other companies in Austin

Cons

Salary, they hire lot of students straight out of college paying them 20-30% less than what they can get in other companies. Biased managers : employees are rated not by their performance at work but by the number of parties you attend with your team and managers. In many teams in IT your managers wont assign you any work until you ask for it, but they rate you based on nothing during yearly review.
