Pros
Having a job The people who do the front line work are awesome Pay is okay Gives you skills to take elsewhere Work parties and food is often brought in They are ALWAYS hiring Some of the people you help quit are inspiring
Cons
On a bad day management makes it worse. Employees are not valued no matter how hard you work, you get treated like you are doing the bare minimum. Switching schedules every three months take a toll on you, especially when you consistently get bad options. No training for management. They need it. They do not work with your accomodations. The Hr department pretty much sweeps things under the rug.So many people have depression from the work environment it is sad. All you can do is grin and bare it.
