      Pros

      Decent salary Good benefits Encourages personal health without being overbearing Provides services and benefits, such as fitness area, with little to no cost to employees

      Cons

      Once the "culture" veil is lifted, you get a reality check. The company boasts being one of the best in the country for employee engagement and happiness, yet will allow manipulative managers who use bullying tactics on their employees. When this behavior is called out, Vermont's at-will employment law is put to good use on the employees (this was seen across all departments).

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
